The Majestic Map Pack releases this coming Monday, February 25th. Here's some videos of the upcoming maps.

Halo jazz: How 343 Industries and Certain Affinity collaborated to create the Majestic Map Pack

From the article above, we see that there will be two new playlists added to matchmaking with the release of the Majestic Map Pack:

Majestic Team DLC- 4v4 with slayer and objective mixed in

Majestic FFA DLC- Just what it says, a FFA playlist

Good question, I haven't seen anything about that. I'm sure if there are, we'll find out tomorrow in the Halo Bulletin.

TBH, i am LOVING it, i could use some new maps like these, different settings and views make it much better.

am excited for it!

edit: i just hope the dlc wont be unpopular like the crimson dlc, was great at first, but amount of players in the playlist, declined FAST...

I agree. I will say, though..I actually get DLC come up in my voting options in other playlists a LOT compared to Reach

To say the least, I am excited that this map-pack is focused on the small scale maps. However, I'm disappointed that there's only three of them and only one of the three is truly symmetrical.

Meh I'm a BTB guy so these small FFA/MLG type maps don't intrest me. The real issue is now if you have a party 6 or higher you have 2 choices BTB Slayer or Doninion....why can't we have BTB Objective of some sort??

Yeah, I do pretty regularly. Compared to Reach...it's like a bazillion times more often.

I will admit... these maps are a shotgun/sword/boltshot campers dream... good to see smaller maps though.
