4v4 ZB Slayer Ladder

Attention all competitive teams!

HaloCommunity.com is unleashing a new 4v4 ladder! Do you and your squad have what it takes to hold your own against other competitive teams? We have several new maps from some excellent forgers from around the Halo Universe, ready for you to compete on! Each map will play different, and require varying degrees of skill to set-up and win games! All maps have been modified by Sundown and thundar001 to meet a competitive standard for our site ladder. The maps are as follows:

Blockade - A symmetric arena, with strong similarities to the Pit.

The gametype will be a variation of MLG v7 settings (Zero Bloom) and will run under the alias "HC 4v4 ZB Slayer"

Maps and gametypes can be downloaded from HC Deja's fileshare, or by clicking on each of the map names above (They all link to their respective map in HC Deja's fileshare).

This ladder will open for signups and challenges on August 3rd over on Halocommunity.com! Remember, all members of your team must be signed up on the site!

A three month ladder? Surely there has to be some incentive, right? Never fear, HaloCommunity is throwing out FOUR (4) copies of Halo 4 to the team who has the highest ELO rating on October 31st! Those skilled four teammates will be playing the most anticipated game of 2012, courtesy of HaloCommunity.com! So get out there and prove you have what it takes!

Attention all current ladder participants. ALL maps have been updated to v1.1, and should be used from now on. These can now be downloaded from HC Deja.

Changes are as follows:

- All power weapons on map are set to drop style spawning. (Rockets, Grenade Launchers, and Snipers.)
- One less rocket clip on Cynosure (6 rockets is far too many, wouldn't you agree?)
- One more shot added to the neutral Grenade Launcher on Crypt.
- One shot taken out of both grenade launchers on Retreat.

"The Sniper/Magnum update"

Blockade 1.2
- Magnums have been changed to drop-style spawns.
- Magnums have one spare clip.
- Magnums spawn every 90 seconds.

Cynosure 1.2
- Red team Initial spawn adjusted slightly to help initial courtyard rush.
- Additional Respawn points added to sniper corner to influence team respawning.
- Sniper Spawn time changed to 118 (Drop Spawn)

Crypt v1.2
- Snipers spawn timer changed to 118. (Drop Spawn)

Retreat v1.2
- Sniper spawn timer changed to 118. (Drop Spawn)
- Sniper ammo reduced to 1 spare clip.
